    Creative Empowerment of Hampton Roads (CEHR),?LLC is a 501(c)(3) that empowers underrepresented, displaced, and at-risk individuals through holistic education, workforce training, healthcare referrals, and community outreach. Their services include soft-skills, financial-literacy, STEM-A training, veteran support, executive leadership via Inspired Leader and digital branding through WTQS Media Network I.e. radio, podcast, audiovisual, and diverse publishing platforms.
