What is PACE? PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a comprehensive health care program designed to address the desires of seniors who wish to remain in their community while receiving needed medical and supportive services. PACE offers a continuum of care to seniors with chronic care needs while encouraging independence in their own homes for as long as possible. Carolina SeniorCare is proud to offer this service to the community.
